Fields Pianos’ reputation for service began its existence in 1947 based upon the fundamentals of piano rebuilding and restoration. As a wholesaler of rebuilt grand pianos, Harry Goldman honed his skills by mastering the art of precision piano rebuilding. It is the cornerstone on which the company was built.
When you buy a Fields piano from the Family of Steinway Designed Pianos, you receive Steinway’s “Premier Servicing Contract”.This service includes in-home tuning and minor voicing after the new instrument has settled into its new environment. This occurs a few weeks after delivery.

We realize that you may know very little about how a piano operates, so anything you need, questions that you may have, or help in building those musical memories with your new or pre-owned Fields piano is available to you through our service department.
